How it works

It measures you against what you said Not against an average, not against anyone else. You set the days you train, the calories, the income. The score is how close you came.
The day is scored, then it is closed Every day banks a score with its three pillar strengths. Past days are kept exactly as they happened and are never quietly rewritten.
Past 100 is earned On pace fills a pillar. Ahead of pace gilds it gold, and the score can pass 100.
It is a record, not a coach Foundation reports what happened and stops there. No predictions, no nagging, nothing telling you how to feel about a number.
